Silicified fossil bryozoans
A well preserved bryozoans completely silicified occur in the same deposit of fossil coral from Indonesia. Is much rarer , you can be lucky if you find one piece among 200 or more. At first look can be confused with a coral, but the chain-like structure forming pseudo-hexagon cells prove it’s nature.
The color can be yellow-brown to dark red and is translucent too.
